Installation in residence: in the event of difficulty with the installation of Freebox, a technician will move during 30 minutes in order to proceed to the latter (installation, initialization and connection of the two Freebox cases to the various peripherals).
Dedicated telephone assistance: access privileged to the technical telephone support and of reachable information the every day, Monday at Friday of 8h00 with 22h15, saturdays, Sunday and public holidays of 9h00 with 20h00.
McAfee Internet Security Continuation: software continuation including/understanding antivirus, fire wall, protection counter the spywares, solution of parental control,….
Freebox insurance and computer equipement: “In the event of accidental damage or of signal of your computer equipement and accidental damage or signal and even of flight of your Freebox in your residence, more just Service one insurance which covers you, except exclusions of guarantees, and refunds you even monthly payment covering the immobilization period of your Freebox disaster victim. The amount of this guarantee is reached a maximum with 1500 euros per year of adhesion. ”
